Clean Room Automation

   Clean Rooms are rooms where air is purified from microorganisms and particles as much as possible and control parameters such as air flow directions, temperature, humidity, air pressure, living and inanimate pollutants and special hygienic ventilation systems are used.

   Clean rooms are rooms that are used to protect the products from dust particles in various fields such as the electronics industry, defense industry, where high sensitive sensors should be developed, as well as the sectors that concern human health such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals and food production, and to improve the quality of the product.

The only way to ensure that Clean Rooms are at the proper standards, is to ensure controllable and traceable clean room automation.

Clean room automation provides convenience for below fields;

  • Checking the differential pressures between the rooms,

  • Checking the filling rates of Hepa filters,

  • Determining deviations in pressure values,

  • Controlling parameters such as air speed, humidity, temperature,

  • Providing a continuous control system by creating a record backwards,

  • Detecting quickly and eliminating system malfunctions,
